Singapore, 13 October 2025 — The Philippine Embassy in Singapore, led by Ambassador Medardo G. Macaraig, visited 21 on Rajah, Aloft Singapore Novena, to sample the restaurant’s special “Lasa Pilipinas” Buffet, a culinary celebration of Filipino flavors running from 3 October to 13 November 2025.

The Ambassador was warmly welcomed by Mr. Tan Kim Seng, General Manager, and his team, as well as Chef Faustino Ines, 21 on Rajah’s Filipino Chef de Cuisine, who personally curated the Lasa Pilipinas menu. The Embassy also had the opportunity to experience the Chef’s take on favorite Filipino classics, thoughtfully presented in a vibrant, contemporary buffet setting.

The Lasa Pilipinas Buffet showcases the rich diversity of Filipino cuisine, blending familiar home-cooked comfort food with elegant presentation and international flair. Diners can look forward to authentic dishes that capture the essence of the Philippines — from savory adobo and sinigang-inspired creations to sweet treats like leche flan and halo-halo.
