Manila, 23 June 2026 – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore congratulates the following four (4) Embassy personnel who received Loyalty Awards for their dedication to and length of service at the Department-level awarding ceremony held this afternoon at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Pasay City, Philippines: 

15 YEARS OF SERVICE

1. Ms. Rachelle C. Bacho, Consular Assistant and Attaché;
2. Ms. Merlina R. Aleta, Local Hire (Consular Section)

10 YEARS OF SERVICE

1. Second Secretary and Consul Jhullie Anne A. Beniahan; and
2. Ms. Jonalyn B. De Torres, Local Hire (Administrative Section)

The awarding ceremony was held during the 128th founding anniversary celebration of the DFA. 

During the ceremony, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore also received special commendation from the Secretary of Foreign Affairs Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro while Second Secretary and Consul Atty. Joy Anne B. Lai was conferred with Gawad Mabini rank of Dakilang Kasugo (Commander) for the successful completion of the new Philippine Chancery at 20 Nassim Road. /END
