The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) held its Open Day today, 27 March 2026, at the ASEF Headquarters in Singapore.

The Philippine Embassy team, led by Charge d’ Affaires Joyleen E. Santos, joined the interactive learning activities, explored booths of participating ASEF member-countries, and engaged in meaningful conversations with ASEF Executive Director Ambassador Beata Stoczyńska and other personnel of the ASEF Secretariat.  

We are pleased to support ASEF in this inaugural activity that strengthens bridges between Asia and Europe, while providing us with the opportunity to celebrate and appreciate our diverse culture and shared values. 

The Philippines has been an ASEF member since its establishment in 1997, as one of the founding ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) partners.
