SINGAPORE, 21 April 2026 – The Philippine Embassy in Singapore held its first Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) Hearing for the current overseas voter (OV) registration period, on Monday, 20 April 2026, for applications for OV registration filed at the Philippine Embassy from 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.
The Board, led by First Secretary and Consul General Joyleen E. Santos as RERB Chairperson, with RERB Members Third Secretary and Consul Renee Gayle M. Chua and Labor Attaché Haney Lynn G. Siclot, assisted by VRM Operator Mr. David C. Bacho, Jr., heard and approved a total of 2,165 applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications that were filed at the Embassy.
The overseas voter registration period is ongoing and will end on 30 September 2027.
