The following categories of foreign nationals shall be allowed entry into the Philippines provided they:
Are holders of passports valid for at least six (6) months at the time of arrival;
Have a return or outbound ticket to their country of origin or next country of destination (Balikbayans are exempted from this requirement);
Have filled out the eTravel Travel Declaration Form. (The eTravel platform is free of charge)
Hold a valid visa OR other documentary requirements stated below:
1. Accredited Diplomats, International Organization Members & Dependents
2. Chinese Nationals (14 Days Visa-Free Entry)
3. Filipino Dual Citizens
4. Foreign Nationals with Valid and Existing Long-Term Visas at Entry
5. Foreign Seafarers
6. Foreign Nationals Eligible for 9(g) or 47(a)(2) Visas
1. Accredited Diplomats, International Organization Members & Dependents
Valid 9(e) or Valid 47(a)(2) visa issued to those performing diplomatic functions
2. Chinese Nationals (14 Days Visa-Free Entry)
Chinese nationals travelling for tourism or business may enter the Philippines visa-free for a maximum period of stay of fourteen (14) days. This type of admission is non-extendable by the Bureau of Immigration and non-convertible to other Philippine visa categories.
Chinese nationals transiting through the Philippines on their way to a third country are required to secure a Philippine transit visa before entry.
Entry Requirements:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay;
2. Confirmed hotel accommodation;
3. Proof of financial capacity (bank statement, certificate of employment, among others); and
4. Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination.

10. Indian Tourists with Valid AJACSSUK Visa or Permanent Residence
11. Visa-Free Entry for EO 408 Nationals
12. Visa-Required Nationals [Not Covered by E.O. 408]
7. Foreign Nationals Eligible Under the Balikbayan Program [RA 6768]
Visa-free for 1 year, provided that they are nationals from non-visa required countries under EO 408 and are traveling with their Filipino principal:
(a) Former Filipino citizens, together with their foreign spouses and children, regardless of age; and
(b) Filipino citizen’s spouses and children, regardless of age.
8. Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR Passport Holders
Visa-free for stay up to 14 days
9. Indian Nationals (14 Days Visa-Free Entry)
Indian nationals travelling for tourism or business may enter the Philippines visa-free for a maximum period of stay of fourteen (14) days. This type of admission is non-extendable by the Bureau of Immigration. The visa-free entry is non-convertible to other Philippine visa categories.

10. Indian Tourists with Valid AJACSSUK Visa or Permanent Residence
Indian nationals travelling for tourism or business with valid AJACSSUK visa or permanent residence may enter the Philippines visa-free for a maximum period of stay of thirty (30) days. This type of admission is non-convertible to other Philippine visa categories.
Entry Requirements:
1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated stay;
2. A valid AJACSSUK visa or permanent residence permit;
3. Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination.
4. No derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration.
Applications for Longer Stays:
For a stay longer than thirty (30) days, Indian nationals may apply for a visa at:
– Any Philippine Foreign Service Posts (FSP) in India;
– Any FSP in a country where the applicant has legal residence; or
– Any FSP in a country that requires entry visas to Indian nationals.
11. Visa-Free Entry for EO 408 Nationals
Visa-free for stay up to 30 days
12. Visa-Required Nationals [Not Covered by E.O. 408]

Foreign nationals from visa-free countries who wish to stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days can either (a) request an extended stay at the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival in the Philippines.
