Certificate of One and the Same Person

Book an appointment here. Wait for the confirmation email. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the Embassy premises.

To enable the Embassy to attest to your identity, the certificate shall be primarily based on the following documents:
[Please bring ORIGINAL and 1 PHOTOCOPY of all requirements]:

• Current Philippine Passport

• Previous Philippine Passport

• PSA-issued Marriage certificate / PSA-issued copy of ROM from the Philippine Embassy or Consulate General

• PSA-issued Birth certificate

• Pay the notarial fee of SGD 37.50. Regular processing is 2 business days. Payment strictly by Cash or PayNow only.

Note:
The processing of a translation is strictly 2 business days.

Please note that a “No Appointment, No Entry” policy is strictly enforced by the Embassy.
