The 2026 Foreign Service Officers (FSO) Examination – Qualifying Exam is scheduled on Sunday, 25 January 2026

Interested applicants may submit their applications at the Philippine Embassy in Singapore beginning Monday, 15 September 2025 until Thursday, 30 October 2025, 4:00 pm.  Please schedule your appointment for submission through email at filcom@philembassysg.com.
