Lechon Diva Dedet de la Fuente Showcases Philippine Culinary Creativity at Red House Seafood
The Philippine Embassy in Singapore hosted a Filipino Food Month luncheon today, 10 April 2026, spotlighting Lechon Diva Dedet de la Fuente, in partnership with Red House Seafood at Grand Copthorne Hotel as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations. The luncheon brought together members of the diplomatic corps, culinary professionals, and Filipino food enthusiasts for a cross-cultural dining experience.
The Lechon Diva of Manila’s Pepita’s Kitchen, in Singapore for this collaboration with Red House Seafood, presented her signature whole-roast lechon with aromatic stuffing as the highlight of the menu. Known for her sold-out pop-ups in Singapore — including with Makansutra, Cross Cultures and Horse’s Mouth — she engaged guests with insights into lechon traditions and her degustación-style approach to Filipino dining.
