PHILIPPINE PAVILION OPENS AT SINGAPORE AIRSHOW 2026

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Medardo G. Macaraig led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting of the Philippine Pavilion located at Hall C-F91 of the Changi Exhibition Centre during the opening of the Singapore Airshow on 3 February 2026.

The Philippine Pavilion aims to showcase the country’s aviation, tourism, and infrastructure strengths, underscoring aviation’s role as a catalyst for national growth. Under the theme “Love the Philippines – Together We Fly,” the Pavilion highlights strong public-private collaboration driving enhanced air connectivity, world-class infrastructure, and expanding aerospace capabilities. Anchored by the Department of Tourism (DOT) in partnership with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), the Philippines signals its readiness to scale up airport modernization, MRO expansion, airline growth, and global partnerships, positioning the country as an emerging hub for regional connectivity and inclusive economic progress.

Isang Dipang Langit: Fragments of Memory, Fields of Now

In celebration of the National Arts Month, the Embassy invites everyone to “Isang Dipang Langit: Fragments of Memory, Fields of Now” landmark group exhibition of Philippine contemporary art at Tanjong Pagar Distripark (39 Keppel Road #01-02).

The exhibit, launched on 20 January 2026 as part of the Singapore Art Week, has welcomed over 3,500 visitors. The exhibition was selected by The Straits Times as one of the Top 3 exhibitions to see during Singapore Art Week, highlighting further its positive critical acclaim and growing institutional interest.

In response to the sustained visitor turnout and continued demand, the exhibition has been extended until 5 February 2026.
