Philippine Embassy Opens Doors with “Tuloy Po Kayo” Chancery Tour

Ahead of the celebration of Philippine National Arts Month, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore launched the first of its Tuloy Po Kayo! guided community tour of its newly reconstructed Chancery. The inaugural tour brought together members of the Filipino community for a morning centered on national pride, shared history, and Philippine art and heritage.

The program began with the Embassy’s weekly flag-raising ceremony held at the start of the workweek, an activity which affirms values of unity and service, among Filipinos overseas.

Participants then gathered at the Narra Circle, where they received a brief overview of the Embassy, and the long-standing diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Singapore. Guests familiar with the old building were especially nostalgic as they viewed archival photographs tracing the structure’s evolution over the decades.
