Revised Schedule for e-Passport Appointment System (E-PAS)

Effective 8 November 2011, the Embassy shall accept walk-in e-Passport appointment applications from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. only. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications via e-mail to passport-appointment@philippine-embassy.org.sg.
Applications received by e-mail from midnight on Sunday to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday will be replied to within three (3) working days. Applications received from 5:00 p.m. on Thursday to midnight on Sunday, as well as the eve of and during public holidays, may take up to four (4) working days to process.
Multiple sending of applications is strongly discouraged, and may result in a delay in the processing of your application. To follow up on your application, kindly send an email to consular.sgpe@gmail.com with the following details:

Mobile Phone Number
To reschedule your appointment, kindly send an e-mail to passport-appointment@philippine-embassy.org.sg with your appointment code in the subject line (e.g. 0110101-001). You will need to resubmit all previously submitted documents in order to process your request. Phone requests for rescheduling will not be entertained.
Applicants who do not arrive for their scheduled appointments will be waitlisted for two weeks prior to being allowed to schedule another appointment.
