Requirements for Direct Hiring (Professional, Skilled, Semi-Skilled Workers)
- 2 copies of notarized Employment Contract – original plus photocopy
- 2 copies of Registry of Business and Companies (ROC) – original plus photocopy
- 2 copies of In-Principle Approval (IPA) from MOM
- 2 copies of plane ticket / prepaid ticket advice (PTA)
- 2 copies of worker’s passport
- 2 copies of employer’s IC
- Certification that medical examination will be conducted upon arrival as per MOM requirement

Authentication Fee: S$42.50
Processing Time: 2 days
Submission Time: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm (Mondays – Thursdays only)
* Submit verified / authenticated documents to POEA, Direct Hire Office.

- Notarized POEA Employment Contract for seamen / seafarer – original + photocopy
- Registry of Business and Companies (ROC) – original + photocopy
- Passport copy of seaman / seafarer(2 copies)
- IC / passport of signatory of contract (2 copies)
- POEA evaluation record
- Photocopy of seaman’s book
- Proof of previous employment (if any)
- Vessel particulars
- Agreement /Authority to Manate (for ship management)
