The Embassy will be closed on 01 Jan (New Year's Day), 02 Jan (Rizal Day - in lieu of Fri, 30 Dec 2011), 23-24 Jan (Chinese New Year), 05 Apr (Maundy Thursday), 08 Apr (Good Friday - in lieu of Fri, 06 Apr), 09 Apr (Araw ng Kagitingan), 01 May (Labor Day), 06 May (Vesak Day - in lieu of Sat, 05 May) and 12 Jun (Independence Day). A duty officer will be available to answer phone calls (+65.6737.3977 for consular matters and +65.6734.7609 for labor matters) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For emergencies, please call the duty phone +65.9072.2797.
