The acknowledged or notarized documents signed by the consular officer can be collected in less than two (2) hours except Sundays during which there is high volume of application, or on the following working day.
Schedule Changes for Collection of Overdue Passports

Effective 01 Nov 2009, overdue passport collection and passports coursed through agencies will be entertained from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Mondays to Thursdays only.
Only passports due for collection for the day will be released from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm, Sundays to Thursdays.

Acceptance of Visa Application

Effective 01 May 2009 the visa section will accept applications from Mondays to Thursdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon (except Singapore and Philippine declared holidays). The collection of approved visa and passport shall be two (2) working days from the date of application (Mondays to Thursdays, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm).

The Philippine Embassy in Singapore is encouraging its transacting public to schedule their visits to the Embassy on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) in order to avoid long queues during Sundays.
