Revised Schedule for e-Passport Appointment System (E-PAS)

Effective 8 November 2011, the Embassy shall accept walk-in e-Passport appointment applications from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. only.  Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications via e-mail to passport-appointment@philippine-embassy.org.sg.
Applications received by e-mail from midnight on Sunday to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday will be replied to within three (3) working days.  Applications received from 5:00 p.m. [...]

ePassport Release Update

Applicants who filed their applications for electronic passports on or before 03 January 2011 may now claim their passports at the Philippine Embassy.  The date of application is indicated on the receipt/claim stub issued to the applicant on the date of application.

Period for Passport Collection is Now Extended

Effective immediately,  period for passport collection is now extended from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays to Thursdays.  Also, collection of passports beyond the scheduled date of release or those coursed through agencies may be collected from Mondays to Thursdays between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. only.  On Sundays, [...]

Notice on Passport Applications Coursed Through Employment Agencies

In line with the Philippine Embassy’s efforts to improve further its operations, Effective 01 December 2009, the following changes shall apply to passport applications coursed through employment agencies:

Application form will be in pink.
Collection stubs will also be pink.
All application forms must bear the mark of the employment agency containing contact details notably: name of agency, [...]

Schedule Changes for Collection of Acknowledged or Notarized Documents

The acknowledged or notarized documents signed by the consular officer can be collected in less than two (2) hours except Sundays during which there is high volume of application, or on the following working day.
