Overseas Absentee Voting Registration
02 November 2011 to 31 October 2012

Requirements:
- Born on or before 13 May 1995
- Intends to vote in Singapore during the 2013 Elections
- Philippine Passport & Singapore IC
- Seaman’s Book (for seafarers)
- Oath of Allegiance (for dual citizens)
Only Filipinos registered as Overseas Absentee Voters can vote in Singpore. Please proceed to the OAV Registration Section beside Window 12.
Registration is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. For further inquiries, please e-mail php@pacific.net.sg and indicate “OAV Registration”
