About the Embassy
The chancery is located at 20 Nassim Road, Singapore 258395. Within the same compound are the consular, labor and defense sections.
The embassy is open to the public from Sundays to Thursdays, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Applicants for passport, notarial, visa and labor services are advised to review the operating hours for Embassy services in the table below.
The embassy is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and on Philippine and Singapore-declared holidays. On these days and public holidays, Filipinos in distress who need urgent assistance may call the duty officer at telephone no. +65.9072.2797.

Proper Attire
Visitors are requested to come appropriately attired. The embassy will not allow entry to skimpily attired and barefoot people or those wearing the following who are deemed to be inappropriately attired:
- Shorts / mini-skirts with cuts of more than three (3) inches above the knee;
- Slippers;
- Exposed underwears (briefs, panties, bras, boxer shorts, kamiseta)
- Shirts/blouses with plunging necklines;
- Shirts/blouses that intentionally show the belly button/navel;
- Pants/shorts with very low waistlines that reveal portions of private parts such as the buttocks;
- Transparent shirts and pants that show undergarments.
