About us

The chancery is located at 20 Nassim Road, Singapore 258395. Within the compound are the following major sections that regularly deal with the public:

CONSULAR SECTION, staffed mainly by personnel of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and supervised by the Consul General.

PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS LABOR OFFICE (POLO), or the Labor Section, which issues labor-related documents such as OECs. POLO is staffed mainly by officials and personnel from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), along with OWWA and PAGIBIG. POLO is supervised by the Labor Attache from DOLE.

OFFICE HOURS: Starting 18 March 2013, the Embassy is open from Monday to Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm, as prescribed by DFA rules and regulations. The Embassy is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and on Philippine and Singapore-declared holidays.

Appointment systems have been instituted for passport renewal (including lost and mutilated passports and infant encoding), OEC applications, and NBI card fingerprinting; other services require no appointment. Operating hours for Embassy services are found in the table below.

For services that require no appointments, such as invitation letters and consularization of documents, and for release of documents, the windows are open during lunchbreaks (12 noon to 1:00 pm).
