27 July 2015. The outgoing Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché in Singapore Col Diosdado Carreon announced that the Office of the PHL Defense and Armed Forces Attaché (OPHILDAFA) Singapore received a Plaque of Recognition as recipient of the Outstanding Award for Administration from the Department of the National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines. OPHILDAFA Singapore emerged on top of the category among 16 OPHILDAFAs all over the world. This is the second time that OPHILDAFA Singapore was conferred the accolade. It also received a similar recognition in 2005 during the term of Major General Francisco Cruz (Ret) as PHL DAFA in Singapore.
